
Lily and Karens’ Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
2 Onions
4 Lorne sausages
2 Carrots or other root veg
Chicken stock
Beef stock
METHOD
Fry onions till soft.
Quarter the sausages then add to the pan and brown.
Add half pint chicken and the carrots
Simmer for Half hour.
Add beef stock and season. |
